On Wednesday December 13th, 2023, the Forza team celebrated a huge milestone. Officially opening the Brakeman Building to the public. Located in the heart of downtown Lebanon along the city's main state route highway, the Brakemen officially became home to more than 40 residents looking for affordable modernized living.
"The event was a vibrant showcase of community spirit, featuring amazing food from local vendors," mentioned JG2 Director of Training and Marketing Tiffany Brewer. "As city officials, prospects, and locals toured the beautifully designed community, the atmosphere buzzed with enthusiasm for the future of downtown living."
In attendance to the Brakeman Open House was Lebanon's Mayor Matthew Gentry, Lebanon City Officials Joe LePage and Kelly Cook from the communications and development team, as well as the Brakeman's property management group JG2 Companies.
"The entire Forza team showed up in force to break ground on this exciting new development, proving their dedication to building stronger communities," commented JG2 Vice President of Operations and Finance Cristi Elgin.
