Forza Acquires 18-Unit Apartment Community in Plainville

Establishing its presence along the west side of Indiana, Forza has began renovations on another revitalization project set to launch later this year. In Plainville, Indiana, about 100 miles south of its Waynetown revitalization project, Forza acquired an 18-Unit apartment complex to began renovations and restorations to this dilapidated area. Similar to the Waynetown community renovations, the Plainville community will see newly installed flooring, cabinets, fixtures, upgraded appliances, and an additional restoration of each building's roofing.

Earlier this month, Forza began its renovations and they are excited to share the progress they’ve made so far. Check out the photos below!

“We’re excited to bring our process to this property and to see the improvements we can make to the property for the community," said Construction Manager Mike Kienholz." These renovations will provide a much-needed jolt of new life to the property and will provide great, affordable options for housing for the local community.”

Existing Plainville residents will have the opportunity to obtain financial assistance vouchers just like Waynetown residents had. These vouchers will help existing tenants continue to live in the home they’ve come to know and love while their rental costs remain the same. Forza aims to provide this service to all properties it tackles as their mission is to improve lives through quality and affordable living.
