As the Forza team continues to grow and expand their reach, the need for a dedicated person to facilitate and oversee all property acquisitions became paramount. Will Young, who comes with 15 years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney, was appointed Forza’s Real Estate Acquisition Manager.
Young’s primary focus is to help the Forza team with driving, coordinating, and organizing opportunities for new real estate developments. He will then oversee all acquisition processes from negotiation, draft, review, and execution for both Forza’s commercial and residential developments.
Prior to joining the Forza team, Young served as a lawyer for Dinsmore & Shohl but recently transitioned to the Forza team for a change of pace and an opportunity to improve lives through quality and affordable living.
Young currently resides in Carmel with his wife and three boys. He enjoys woodworking, fishing, camping, and watching his kids play sports.
