Forza Expands Illinois Footprint with Acquisition of 80-Unit Danville Apartment Community

Forza Commercial Real Estate, a company committed to improving lives through quality and affordable real estate development projects, acquired its second Illinois property: the 80-unit Brunswick Apartments at 3205 Brunswick St, in Danville, Illinois. Renovation work is already underway following the purchase in October. This marks Forza’s second Illinois acquisition in as many years, after purchasing the Village Apartments of Centralia in 2024.

Renovations will include the following:

• New roofs with gutters and downspouts

• Crawlspace enhancements

• Modernized exterior siding and trim

• Sidewalk upgrades for ADA accessibility

• Parking lot repairs and sealcoating

• Improved retaining walls

This is Forza’s second-largest acquisition of 2025, focused on community development. Earlier this year, the company added three residential properties in Greencastle, Indiana, to strengthen housing availability and support local economic growth.
