Forza Honors Employee Excellence at 2026 Annual Conference

On January 8 and 9, 2026, the Forza team hosted its Annual Conference at the JW Marriott in Indianapolis, Indiana to celebrate growth and success, employee accomplishments, participate in education and development trainings, and realign towards new goals in 2026.

Themed United in Purpose—Charged for Greatness, the conference focused on three key objectives: educating employees through career development seminars, aligning teams around shared values and goals for the future, and celebrating individual and collective achievements.

Day one started Thursday morning with the 2025 leadership exploration and development (L.E.A.D.) graduates completing their capstone presentations. Forza Real Estate Asset Manager, Megan Anderson, was the first employee to complete the LEAD class. She presented to the company what new leadership skills she acquired over the year and how she planned to apply these skills moving into 2026.

On day two of the Annual Conference, Forza held a recognition ceremony in partnership with their sister companies—Rehab Medical and Cork Medical—to honor an employee who made a lasting impact on the residents they serve.

Jack Hawkins, Maintenance Technician, received the Outstanding Resident Customer Service Award for his commitment to fostering strong relationships with Forza's residents.
