We are thrilled to announce Jordan Bass has been appointed President for Forza Commercial Real Estate. Jordan previously served as the company's Chief Financial Officer helping to lead Forza in becoming a successful development company with multiple profitable properties.
In just two years under Jordan's leadership, Forza amassed nearly $10 million in real estate developments and is set to add more than $5 million in developments in 2023. Some of that can be attributed to Forza's latest and biggest project, the Brakeman building, a mixed-used facility in Lebanon, Indiana opening in the spring of 2023.
As President of Forza, Jordan, will focus on leading all business developments, acquisitions, construction projects, finance agreements, and property management teams.
